On retirement,20 years ago,I started on an extensive travel program and was so privileged to have Joanne as travel agent, travel counsellor and travel planner. In the first role, Jo is extremely efficient, well organized, dogged about getting best prices and knowledgeable about airlines and hotels; as counsellor, she gives excellent advice about weather,appropriate clothing, activity options, highlights and good restaurants; and as planner, Joanne gets to know her clients, their interests and passions and then suggests sequences of localities to visit which they would enjoy. My traveling has been smooth and worry free, economical and exciting because of Joanne's careful work--and she is such a fun friend.
